Questions before you book
Do I need a consultation first?
For cuts and styling, no — it's built into your appointment. For big colour changes we suggest a short separate consultation so we can plan timing and price properly.
Will I need a patch test?
If you're new to colour with us, yes. It takes a few minutes and should be done at least 48 hours before your colour appointment.
How should I arrive?
Come with your hair as you normally wear it so we can see your texture and styling habits. Photos of looks you love are always welcome.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just let us know as early as you can by replying to your confirmation. We'll find you a new time that suits.
